Visalaje and White Cross(Bílý Kříž)-Beskydy mountains

I was there by the cycle. From mountain Visalaje is very nice 13 km downhillrun to Pražmo. My sister lives in Frydek-Mistek and it is the good start to the mountains Beskydy by the cycle. See on the right columne the map of Czech Republic.
